摘要:以船用柴油机广泛使用的CM-Ⅲ(G)型隔振器为研究对象,对聚氨酯与天然橡胶隔振器的动、静态等性能进行试验对比分析。试验结果表明:聚氨酯隔振器具有较低的固有频率,承载范围更宽;随弹性体硬度提高,其承载能力可以达到远高于天然橡胶隔振器的承载能力;聚氨酯隔振器的蠕变性能和天然橡胶隔振器的蠕变性能相当。 |

Abstract:Based on CM-III(G) type vibration isolator which is widely used in marine diesel engine, comparative analysis of dynamic and static performance of polyurethane and natural rubber isolators was performed. The test results show that polyurethane isolators have lower nature frequency and wider loading range; with the increase of elastomer hardness, polyurethane isolators can have much higher loading capacity; polyurethane isolator have similar creep performance with natural rubber isolators. |
