摘要:为保证冰区低速二冲程主机船舶轴系的运行安全,扭振计算时须要考虑冰载荷的影响。船规中对冰载荷的大小和发生次数做出了明确的规定,但具体应采用时域计算还是频域计算,业界没有统一意见。针对该问题,结合具体算例对两种方法进行介绍和分析;并对两种计算方法的应用前景做了分析。

Torsional Vibration Calculation for Propulsion Shafting ofIce Class Vessels with Low-speed 2-stroke Main Engine

Abstract:To ensure the safe operation of the shafting of vessels navigating in ice area, the ice impact should be considered in the torsional vibration calculation. The degree and happened times of ice impact are clearly defined in the rules of classification societies, but the industry hasn't reached an agreement if the calculation should be in time-domain or frequency-domain. Aimed at this issue,the two methods are introduced and analyzed based on actural examples, and their application forecast is studied respectively.
