| 摘要:针对WinGD公司X82DF-2.0发动机废气再循环智能控制(intelligent control by exhaust recycling ,iCER)系统燃气模式下的废水产量与碱液消耗问题,使用ASPEN PLUS化工计算软件对iCER系统建模,并对ISO与热带两个工况进行水平衡及废水中和过程仿真。水平衡计算结果与WinGD提供的GTD软件计算数据一致,可为水处理装置选型提供依据。通过优化中间工艺过程参数,将基于废水中和计算的碱液消耗率降低52.7%。该研究结果可为水处理装置选型及航次碱液储备量规划提供理论支撑。 |

| Abstract:This study focuses on the wastewater generation and alkali consumption issues in the gas mode of the WinGD X82DF-2.0 engine''s iCER(intelligent control by exhaust recycling) system.The iCER system is modelled using ASPEN PLUS chemical engineering calculation software and conducted simulation analyses of water balance and wastewater neutralization under ISO and tropical operating conditions.The water balance calculation results are consistent with WinGD GTD data,providing a basis for selecting water treatment plant.Furthermore,the wastewater neutralization calculations yielded the alkali consumption rate,which was reduced by 52.7% through optimization of intermediate process parameters.These findings offer theoretical support for the selection of water treatment plant and the planning of voyage-based alkali reserves. |
