| 摘要:为应对国七排放法规对柴油机NOx排放的超低排放要求,自主研究开发一种柴油机后处理排温控制系统,并针对电控系统定义、硬件架构、软件策略、燃烧器状态机控制等开展研究。该软件系统主要应用于自主设计的一种燃烧器总成,该系统加热功率达25 kW,通过主动加热装置,实现了排气温度的快速提升,可在200 s内使排气温度达到180 ℃,并具备主动再生/快速被动再生功能。通过功能测试和台架测试,验证所开发系统的升温能力和燃烧效率,结果表明自主研发的燃烧器在性能上优良,并能满足超低排放目标要求。 |

| Control Strategy and Effect Verification of Aftertreatment Exhaust Temperature for National Ⅶ Diesel Engines |

| Abstract:To meet the ultra-low emission requirements of the China Ⅶ emission regulations for diesel engine NOx emissions,an independently developed diesel engine aftertreatment exhaust temperature control system was developed,and research was carried out on the definition of the electronic control system,hardware architecture,software strategy, and control of burner monitor.This software system is primarily applied to an independently designed burner assembly.With a heating power of 25 kW,the system achieves rapid exhaust temperature increase through an active heating device,enabling the exhaust temperature to reach 180 ℃ within 200 s.It also features active regeneration/fast passive regeneration functions.Functional and bench tests have verified the temperature rise capability and combustion efficiency of the system.The results indicate that the independently developed burner exhibits excellent performance and meets the ultra-low emission target requirements. |
