| 摘要:为合理规划推进器安装,基于14 000 m3 LNG加注运输船实船项目,提出一种先在内场将部分船体结构与推进器设备预制成一个完整组件,然后再将设备-结构组件吊装至船上进行定位、安装的工艺。在紧凑的焊接空间,在既定半船起浮计划下高效地完成了该船全回转推进器的安装。创新性地提出水密套筒工艺,有效解决了推进器与外板间不同空间平面的水密结构衔接问题。研究成果可为类似船型的推进器安装提供参考。 |

| Abstract:To facilitate rational planning for propeller installation,based on the actual project of a 14 000 m3 LNG bunker vessel,a process was proposed.Part of the hull structure and propeller equipment was prefabricated into a complete assembly in the yard,and then the equipment-structure assembly was lifted onto the vessel for positioning and installation.The installation of the all-direction propeller for this vessel was efficiently completed within the tight welding space and under the established plan for semi-submerging of the vessel.An innovative watertight sleeve technology was proposed,which can effectively solve the problem of watertight structural connection between the propeller and the shell plate on different spatial planes.The research results can provide a reference for the installation of propellers on similar vessel types. |
