| 摘要:为了满足目标船舶在不同航行工况下的多样化试验需求,实现船舶关键配电设备的加换装测试验证,对多类型船舶设备加换装方案进行了调研,基于目标船的运行需求与设备加换装要求开发出一种采用测试配电板的加换装技术。该技术可缩短关键设备的测试调试时间,同时加装的测试配电板与船舶主配电板采用环网形式,可快速完成工作模式与测试模式的切换,加装的测试配电板可作为配电系统的冗余,在主配电板故障时为船舶配电,同时船舶的经济性也有所提升。 |

| Retrofitting Technology Based on Test Switchboard of a Certain Type of Ship |

| Abstract:In order to meet the diversified test requirements of the target ship under various sailing conditions,and to realize the test verification of the ship''s key power distribution equipments,research was conducted on the retrofitting schemes of multiple types of ship equipments.Based on the operational requirements and equipment retrofitting requirements of the target ship,a retrofitting technology using test power distribution boards was developed.This technology can shorten the testing and debugging time of key equipments.The added test board and the ship''s main distribution board can be switched to the ring network form,which can quickly switch between working mode and testing mode.The added testing distribution board can be used as redundancy in the power distribution system to distribute power to the ship in case of main distribution board failure,and the ship''s economy is also improved. |
