LNG船GCU燃气阀组室优化设计

摘要:结合IEC 60092-502和IMO IGC Code标准,分析天然气焚烧塔(gas combustion unit,GCU)阀组室危险区域划分,详细阐述GCU燃气阀组室是否采用气锁的依据,并结合目前沪东中华建造的174 000 m3 LNG运输船和18 600 m3 LNG加注船实际的危险区域划分和舱室布置进行详细的说明。对气锁的方案和相关的安全配置及无气锁的方案和相关的安全配置进行详细的说明,并对两种方案相关的配置和成本进行比较。基于船级社认证,2个方案在安全性上均满足相关的规范和规则的要求,因此在客户无要求并承担成本的前提下,首选无气锁的方案,为LNG船更有价格竞争力提供技术和理论依据。

Optimization Design of GCU Gas Valve Train Room for LNG Vessel

Abstract:Based on the IEC 60092-502 standard and the IMO IGC Code,the hazardous area division of the gas combustion unit(GCU)gas valve train room was analyzed,the basis of whether the GCU gas valve train room adopts airlock was elaborated in detail,and a detailed explanation was given on the actual hazardous area division and cabin layout of the 174 000 m3 LNG tanker and 18 600 m3 LNG bunker vessel under construction in Hudong-Zhonghua.A detailed explanation of airlock′s solution and related security configurations,and the solution without airlock and related security configurations was provided,and the configurations and costs of the two solutions were compared. Based on the certification of the classification society,both schemes meet the requirements of relevant regulations and rules in terms of safety.Therefore,under the premise that the customer has no requirements and bears the cost,the solution without airlock is preferred,providing technical and theoretical basis for LNG vessel to have more price competitiveness.
