低压废气再循环柴油机空冷系统的优化设计

摘要:应用低压废气再循环系统,容易使柴油机空气冷却系统出现堵塞、腐蚀等问题。为解决这些问题,从空冷器芯体和辅助系统设计等方面进行优化设计。通过理论分析和试验验证,采用不锈钢管式空冷器芯体加水喷淋的方案可解决空冷器芯体腐蚀堵塞等问题。

Optimal Design of the Air Cooling System of a Low-Pressure Exhaust Gas Recirculation Diesel Engine

Abstract:The application of low-pressure exhaust gas recirculation system can easily cause problems such as blockage and corrosion in the air cooling system of diesel engines.To solve these problems,the design of the air cooler core and auxiliary system was optimized.Through theoretical analysis and experimental verification,the solution of adding water spray to the stainless steel tubular air cooler core can solve problems such as corrosion and blockage of the air cooler core.
