氯化锶吸附脱附特性及应用于固态SCR系统研究

摘要:固态SCR系统技术可以有效地解决储氨密度低,低温环境尿素水溶液启喷时间长及低排温时NOx去除效率低等问题。通过自主搭建的固态SCR系统,对储氨材料Sr(NH3)8CI2的氨气吸附和脱附特性进行了研究,并通过TGA、BET、SEM等表征方法分析了SrCI2氨气吸附量衰减的原因。分析表明:吸附结块是导致吸附衰减现象发生的主要原因。制备了SrCI2/活性炭复合吸附剂,通过改善吸附剂的孔隙结构来改善吸附衰减现象。试验结果表明:应用Sr(NH3)8CI2/活性炭的固态SCR系统,在180 ℃的低排温段仍具有81% 的NOx去除效率,且氨气启喷时间最短为40 s,性能优于传统Adblue-SCR系统。

Research on Adsorption and Desorption Characteristics of Strontium Chlorideand Application in Solid SCR System

Abstract:Solid SCR technology can effectively solve the problems of low ammonia storage density, long start-up time of urea solution and low NOx removal efficiency at low temperature. The ammonia adsorption and desorption characteristics of ammonia storage material Sr (NH3)8CI2 were studied by self-built solid SCR system, and the causes of ammonia adsorption attenuation of SrCl2 were analyzed by means of TGA, BET, SEM and other characterization methods. The results show that the main reason of adsorption attenuation is adsorption agglomeration. SrCI2 / activated carbon composite adsorbent was prepared, and the adsorption attenuation phenomenon was improved by improving the pore structure of adsorbent. The experimental results show that the solid SCR system with Sr (NH3)8CI2 / activated carbon still has 81% NOx removal efficiency at low temperature of 180 ℃, and the shortest ammonia injection time is 40 s, which is better than the traditional AdBlue-SCR system.
