柴油机主轴承盖增材制造技术研究及验证

摘要:以某船用柴油机主轴承盖的制造为例,从材料的选取、打印成型、检测以及匹配加工工艺性验证等方面介绍了增材制造技术。和传统铸造工艺相比,增材制造技术有效解决了传统工艺引起的内部质量不稳定、尺寸控制差的问题。经验证,增材制造技术可用于柴油机主轴承盖的制造。

Abstract:The additive manufacturing technology was introduced based on the manufacturing of the main bearing cap of a diesel engine, including material selection, printing and forming, inspection and matching processing technology. Compared with traditional foundry technology, additive manufacturing technology solves the problems of unstable inner quality and bad parameter control. The additive manufacturing technology was verified to be applicable in the manufacturing of main bearing caps of diesel engines.
