某型气体发电机组活塞销孔裂纹失效分析

摘要:针对某型气体发电机组在耐久试验中活塞销孔出现裂纹的故障,建立活塞销孔裂纹故障树,从活塞强度和疲劳系数不足、活塞制造缺陷等方面进行排查。排查结果显示活塞销孔失效主要是由于气体发电机组高转速、低负荷运行导致活塞销带动活塞上下运动产生了较大交变应力,且磷化工艺缺陷造成了活塞铸造面微小缺陷。分析结果可为气体机活塞设计、产品控制和后续改进提供重要参考。

Failure Analysis of Cracks in Piston Pin Hole of a Gas Turbine Generator

Abstract:Aiming at the crack fault of piston pin hole in the durability test of a gas generator set,a fault tree of piston pin hole crack was established to troubleshoot from the aspects of insufficient piston strength and fatigue coefficient,piston manufacturing defects,etc.The investigation results showed that the failure of the piston pin hole was mainly due to the large alternating stress caused by the action that the piston pin drived the piston up and down leading to the high-speed low-load operation of the gas generator set,and the phosphating process defects caused minor defects on the surface of the piston casting surface.The analysis results can provide important reference for piston design,product control and subsequent improvement of gas engine.
