摘要:基于某柴油发电机组启动系统在AMESim软件平台搭建其系统仿真模型,并利用试验数据进行模型标定。在此基础上进行启动马达转矩、首次喷油转速、机组惯量、升速率(调速器参数)等因素对柴油发电机组启动时间等参数影响的研究。研究结果表明:启动马达转矩和首次喷油转速仅影响启动初始阶段,机组惯量对启动时间影响显著,减小机组惯量至关重要。此研究方法和结果可为启动系统装置部件匹配和选型提供指导。 |

Abstract:The system simulation model of a diesel genset was built on the AMESim software platform,and the model calibration was carried out by test data.On this basis,the effects of starting motor torque,first fuel injection speed,unit inertia,speed rise rate (governor parameter)and other factors on the starting time of diesel genset were studied.The results show that the torque of the starting motor and the speed of the first fuel injection only affect the initial starting stage,and the inertia of the genset has a significant influence on the starting time,so reducing the inertia of the genset is very important.The research methods and results can provide guidance for the matching and selection of starting system components. |
