摘要:基于某大功率高速柴油机机体主轴承孔激光熔覆修复前后再加工工艺展开技术研究。在工艺试验基础上探究激光熔覆对机体已加工部位热影响规律,制定修复后再加工工艺方案,并指出该方案存在的技术问题及解决途径。

Reprocessing Technology of Block Before and After Repair Based on Laser Cladding

Abstract:In response to the laser cladding repair of the main bearing hole of a large-power high-speed diesel engine block,the reprocessing technology was studied.Based on the process test,the heat effect rule of laser cladding on the machined parts of the engine body was explored,the reprocessing process scheme after repair was formulated,and the existing technical problems and solutions of the scheme was pointed out.
