摘要:为研究进气特性对非道路移动机械用柴油机动力性能及排放的影响,建立某柴油机系统一维仿真模型,结合柴油机试验数据对该模型的污染物排放与动力输出进行分析。通过台架试验验证模型的可靠性,并分析不同进气温度对整机的影响。试验结果显示:进气温度对柴油机性能有显著影响;使用水冷中冷器能够有效提升柴油机性能,并抑制碳烟与NOx的生成,使非道路移动机械能够满足更严格的排放标准。 |

Abstract:In order to study the influence of intake characteristics on the power performance and emissions of diesel engine applied to non-road mobile machinery,a one-dimensional simulation model of a diesel engine system was established,and the pollutant emissions and power output of the model were analyzed based on the diesel engine test data.The reliability of the model was verified by bench test and the influence of different inlet air temperatures on the whole engine was analyzed.The test results show that:The intake air temperature has a significant effect on the performance of diesel engine;The use of water-cooled intercoolers can effectively improve the performance of diesel engines,inhibit the generation of soot and NOx,and enable non-road mobile machinery to meet stricter emission standards. |
