摘要:基于船用柴油机的产品结构、功能信息及保障性设计要求,采用4A(FMECA,RCMA,LORA,O&MTA)方法对柴油机整机及分系统开展使用保障分析和维修保障分析。确定柴油机在使用、维修过程中所需的使用工作项目、维修工作项目、维修间隔时间、修理级别和保障资源等,制定船用柴油机保障方案的流程,并开展了实际应用。 |

Abstract:Based on the product structure,functional information and supportability design requirements of marine diesel engines,the 4A(FMECA,RCMA,LORA,O&MTA)method was used to carry out the use assurance analysis and maintenance assurance analysis of diesel engines and subsystems.The use work items,maintenance work items,maintenance intervals,repair levels and support resources required in the process of diesel engine use and maintenance were determined.The process of marine diesel engine support scheme was developed,and case application was carry out. |
