| 摘要:基于一款TCD2015柴油机在使用过程中出现的配气机构损坏，从配气机构特点、故障表现等着手进行故障分析和定位，进而阐述柴油机超速对配气机构的影响。指出:超速对柴油机的影响极为严重；当采用提高转速的手段提升发动机功率时，必须对配气机构的运动学和动力学特性进行设计校核，以确保配气机构的合理性。 |

| Abstract:Aiming at the broken valve cam mechanism of a type of TCD2015diesel engine, fault analysis and location were carried out from the aspects of valve cam mechanism characteristics and fault appearance, and the influence of overspeed on valve cam mechanism was discussed. It is concluded that overspeed has a very bad influence on diesel engines. When increasing speed is chosen as the way to improve engine power, the kinematic and dynamic characteristics of valve cam mechanism should be checked to ensure it is well designed. |
