150单缸机试验台冷却系统流动与传热计算分析

摘要:基于Flowmaster软件建立了150单缸柴油机试验台冷却系统流动与传热模型,并在某大功率发动机上进行了验证。在此基础上分析得到了冷却水温度和流量、气缸套和气缸盖温度变化对冷却水总传热流量的影响规律,以及管道尺寸、壁面粗糙度、冷却水流量对冷却水流动总阻力的影响规律。

Flow and Heat-Transfer Calculating Analysis of Cooling System for Test Bench of a 150 Single-Cylinder Engine

Abstract:The cooling system flow and heat-transfer analysis model for test bench of a 150 single-cylinder engine was established by Flowmaster. The cooling water heat-transfer model was verified on a large power engine. The influences of coolant temperature, coolant flow, the temperature of cylinder liner and cover to total heat transfer flow are calculated and analyzed, as well as the influences of pipe size, surface roughness, coolant flow to total flow resistance.
