摘要:针对船舶柴油机在用润滑油的现场监测问题,研究确定了监测参数为水分、黏度、红外特征、元素浓度和铁磁性磨粒总量,并选择了相应的测量仪器。爆裂法水分现场快速检测仪可有效、快速判别含水量大于0.2%的油样;基于Hele-Shaw原理的黏度快速检测仪重复性误差小于3%,具有工程实用价值;安捷伦傅里叶红外光谱仪可用于监测在用油的红外特征变化;可采用基于电磁感应原理的铁量仪测量油样中的铁磁性磨粒总量;转盘电极原子发射光谱仪可测量油样中尺寸小于10 μm的金属颗粒的元素浓度。铁量仪和发射光谱仪结合可有效监测异常磨损。指出船舶柴油机油样现场监测急须解决的问题是:缺少非铁磁性磨粒总量的快速、有效、可信的检测方法。 |

On Site Monitoring of In-Use Oil of Marine Diesel Engines |

Abstract:Aiming at on-site monitoring of in-use oil of marine diesel engine, the concerned parameters chosen are water, viscosity, FT-IR characteristics, elements concentration of wear debris and the total of ferrous wear debris, then the proper instruments are determined. The water monitoring device can identify the water content in the oil larger than 0.2% effectively and guickly. The repeatability error of rapid viscometer based the principle of Hele-Shaw is less than 3% with engineering practical value. Agilent FT-IR spectroscopy is used to monitor changes in the infrared characteristic of in-use oil. The ferrous debris monitoring device based on the principle of electromagnetic induction can detect the total amount of magnetic debris of in-use oil. The rotating disc electrode atomic emission spectrometer is capable of detecting the element concentration of wear debris small than 10 μm. Combination atomic emitting spectroscopy with ferrous debris monitoring device can monitor abnormal wear effectively. It is pointed out that the lack of applicable monitoring method for rapid, effective, authentic non-ferromagnetic debris amount is an urgent problem. |
