梯形框架对发动机缸体结构振动和噪声的影响

摘要:针对400 kW以上大功率柴油发动机,在采用多种方法减振降噪后,为进一步减振降噪,尝试借鉴300 kW以下中小型发动机采用在缸体底部安装梯形框架达到减振降噪目的的方法。台架试验表明:梯形框架对提高缸体底部的刚度,降低缸体底部的振动效果明显,梯形框架对抑制缸体裙部中部的振动没有效果;安装梯形框架对抑制油底壳的振动最明显。梯形框架降低发动机整体噪声不明显,但有使发动机噪声减小的趋势。

The Effect of Trapezoid Framework on the Structure Vibrationand Noise from Engine Block

Abstract:For large power diesel engines with power larger than 400 kW, after the employment of many ways of vibration and noise reduction, further improvement was still urged. Referred to the small and medium engines with power below 300 kW, a trapezoid framework was assembled on the bottom of the cylinder-block to realize further reduction of vibration and noise. Bench test showed that the trapezoid framework had obvious effect on the improvement of the stiffness of cylinder block bottom, and vibration reduction, however had no anti-vibration effect on the middle part of the cylinder block. Moreover, the trapezoid framework had the most obvious effect on vibration-resistance of oil sump and no obvious effect on the noise-reduction of the whole engine, but it did have the tendency to reduce the engine noise.
