摘要:针对天然气发动机进气装置存在的问题,设计了一种带双防喘振阀的进气装置,有效减小了进气系统的振动,改善了发动机瞬态响应性能,避免了喘振现象的发生,延长了发动机使用寿命。经CFD流场分析和相关试验验证,该进气装置切实可行,已进入批量生产。 |

Abstract:Aiming at the existing problems of air inlet units for natural gas engines, a new kind of inlet unit featuring double anti-surge valves was designed, which effectively reduced the vibration of the air inlet system, improved the transient response performance of engines and avoided surge, thus prolonged the service life of engines. Through CFD flow field analysis and relative experimental verification, the air inlet unit is demonstrated to be feasible, and have realized mass production. |
