基于ADAMS和TYCON的内燃机气阀落座特性研究

摘要:分别采用ADAMS软件和AVL/TYCON软件对某型柴油机配气机构进行仿真研究。采用ADAMS进行了多刚体系统动力学分析;采用AVL/TYCON进行配气机构运动学与动力学分析,通过对比两者的气阀落座力特性,对配气机构的工作平稳性、落座冲击力对配气机构工作的影响程度进行评价分析。结果表明:该配气机构的气阀运动规律比较平稳,工作状况较好,但落座时存在轻微的跳动现象;凸轮轴转速越高,气阀的落座力就越大,在低转速下增幅较慢,在高转速下增幅度较快。两种方法结合可以得到完整的配气机构运动学和动力学工作特性。

Study of Air Valve Seating Force ofEngine Based on the Simulation with ADAMS and TYCON

Abstract:ADAMS and AVL/TYCON was employed to carry out simulation research on a certain engine’s valve-train seating force. The analysis of rigid dynamics simulation of the valve train of a certain diesel engine was carried out by ADAMS, and the kinematics and dynamics simulation was carried out by AVL/TYCON. By comparing these two results of contact force of valve seat, the working stabilization of valve train and the influence of impact force of valve train were analyzed. It shows that the motion and the working condition of valve is proper,though slight bounce was found, the impact force of valve increased with the speed of the camshaft, the incensement amplitude is low with low camshaft speed and is high with high camshaft speed. The combination of these two methods could obtain the complete kinematics and dynamics characteristics of valve-trains.
