摘要:以ME、RT-flex两种低速大型柴油机电控系统为例,分别介绍其液压伺服系统、燃油喷射系统以及控制系统总体构架,指出了其控制原理以及机械结构上共性与不同之处。通过对这两类典型的船用电控柴油机电控系统的比较分析,发现RT-flex的控制系统结构更为简约,控制更为精确、灵活,对各种工况的适应性更强。 |

Abstract:Focusing on the electronic control systems of two kinds of large low-speed diesel engines:ME and RT-flex, their hydraulic servo systems, fuel injection systems and overall structures of control systems are studied respectively. The generality and peculiarity of mechanical structures and control principles in the two kinds of marine diesel are pointed out. By analyzing these two kinds of typical marine diesel engine’s electronic control systems, it is found that the control system structure of RT-flex is more simple, and its electric control system is more precise and flexible, which is able to adapt to various working conditions. |
