某16V250ZJ柴油机机体动应力测试与对比研究

摘要:针对16V250ZJ柴油机机体的结构特点,选取相应的动应力测试点,通过动应力测试对机体关键部位的应力状态进行分析,并和同类型柴油机进行对比分析。结果表明,16V250机体各部位的应力幅值较同类型机体偏低,结构合理,刚度适中。该研究方法和结果可供机体的进一步优化与改进设计做参考。

Dynamic Stress Test and Comparison Researchof a 16V250ZJ Diesel Engine Block

Abstract:Considering the structural characteristics of 16V250ZJ diesel engine block, certain dynamic stress test points were selected. The stress state of the engine block’s key parts was studied through dynamic stress test, and was compared with similar types of engines.The results show that the stress amplitudes of 16V250ZJ diesel engine block are smaller compared with similar types of engines, and boasts rational structure and moderate stiffness. This research method and the results offer references for further optimization and improvement of engine blocks.
