摘要:采用模拟计算和试验研究相结合的手段,对柴油机摇臂的应力状况进行了分析。通过模拟计算了解摇臂应力状态的分布情况,提供试验中应变片粘贴参考;构建了配气机构动态测试系统,进行了多参数同步测量试验。试验结果表明:摇臂应力在不同部位分布存在明显的差异;试验和模拟计算的应力分布状况基本一致,大小相当,为摇臂的优化设计提供了有价值的参考依据。 |

Abstract:The stress conditon of a certain diesel engine was studied by simulation and experimental methods. The stress distribution of the rocker-arm was obtained through simulation, the results offered references for the paste of strain in the test. A valve train dynamic testing system was built up, and simultaneous measurement of multi-parameter tests was carried out. The experimental results show that the rocker-arm’s stress distribution significantly varied at different areas; the test and simulation results were nearly the same, which provided valuable references for the optimization design of rocker-arms. |
