摘要:机油灰分是影响机油更换周期和发动机可靠性的重要因素之一。围绕机油灰分的测量方法、生成机理、灰分形成和发动机结构的关系等几个方面,分析了发动机运行过程中影响机油灰分形成速率的主要因素,为改善机油灰分形成速率提供了理论依据。

Abstract:Soot level in the engine lubricating oil is an important factor influencing the oil change interval and engine reliability. Analysis and research were carried out on the main factors influencing the formation rate of oil soot, including soot measurement method, the soot formation mechanism and the relationship between soot formation and combustion components configuration. The conclusions provide reference for the improvement of engine oil soot formation rate.
