摘要:针对IMO TierⅡ排放限值要求,对原N330柴油机进行了开发设计,通过采用Miller循环,选用高压比增压器、冷却面积更大的空冷器,优化设计喷油器,延迟供油等措施使柴油机的NOx排放值达到TierⅡ排放要求,且柴油机的燃油消耗率、最高燃烧压力、烟度、排温、增压压力等各项性能指标都有所提高。 |

Abstract:To meet with IMO Tier Ⅱ emissions limitation, development and design was carried out on the original N330 diesel engine. Through the employment of Miller cycle, the high pressure ratio turbocharger, air cooler with larger cooling area, as well as optimizing the injector to postpone injection, the diesel engine has reached Tier Ⅱ emissions requirements. Moreover, the performance indexes of the diesel engine, such as specific fuel consumption , the maximum combustion pressure, smoke, exhaust temperature, boost pressure have all been improved. |
