摘要:介绍了金属磁记忆法的概念和原理;分析了该方法较之传统无损表探伤的优势,并给出了该方法的应用范围。介绍了该方法的实现途径及检测结果的判断依据。实例检测表明了金属磁记忆法在柴油机机体无损探伤中的有效性。

Abstract:The concept and principles of Metal Magnetic Memory (MMM) method is introduced. Its advanced characteristics compared to traditional methods are studied and its application scope is given. Moreover, tools to realize this method and testing results criterions are elaborated. The effectiveness of the Metal Magnetic Memory method in the nondestructive testing of diesel engine block are proved by practical application.
