| 摘要:在对进口曲轴的材料化学成分和机械性能分析的基础上,分析了毛坯曲轴国产化过程中毛坯材质、煅、热加工工艺等存在的差异。指出,毛坯曲轴国产化质量的提高,须采用有效的质量控制手段并作长期努力；也需协作单位都对质量意识和控制手段加以重视和提高。 |

| Abstract:Based on the analysis of material chemical composition and mechanical performance of imported crankshaft, the domestically-made crankshaft is studied from the aspects of blank material, technology of calcining and hot working and so on. It is pointed out that the quality improvement of domestically-made crankshaft relies on effective quality control method and needs long term endeavor. In addition, the cooperation companies should also pay attentions to quality control and find the proper way for quality improvement. |
