摘要:电控共轨发动机的喷油压力、正时、脉宽都柔性可调,因此要确定其燃烧热效率必须综合考虑这些因素的影响,通过利用神经网络方法进行数据处理得到一种快速计算指示热效率方法,所建立的发动机模型在仿真精度与计算耗时方面都能满足要求,并已用于高压共轨柴油机电控平台的开发上,有一定的实用价值。 |

Abstract:Injection pressure, timing and pulse width of electronically controlled diesel engine are flexible parameters, and should be taken into consideration in determining engine's combustion thermal efficiency. Data processing are conducted using neural network, and a fast calculation method indicating thermal efficiency was obtained. An engine model established by this method could satisfy the requirements of simulation precision and time cost. It has already been applied on high pressure common rail diesel engine's electronically controlled platform, and is valuable in application. |
