从 CIMAC 2025大会看船用中高速发动机发展趋势

摘要:基于CIMAC 2025大会论文集总结船用中高速发动机的开发现状和发展趋势。总体看来,新机开发集中于低碳零碳替代燃料发动机,尤以甲醇和氨燃料发动机最多,相关论文占比均超过30%;氢发动机和天然气掺氢发动机也是重要的开发方向。在替代燃料发动机开发过程中主要关注燃烧组织、排放处理和安全性,因此,从燃烧技术路线、排放后处理方案、安全性设计等方面对相关论文进行总结分析。对柴油机和天然气发动机的开发情况也进行简要总结。

Development Trends of Marine Medium and High Speed Engines: Insights from CIMAC 2025 Congress

Abstract:The current development status and trends of marine medium and high speed engines are summarized based on the technical papers from CIMAC 2025 Congress.Overall,new engine development focuses on low-carbon and zero-carbon alternative fuel engines,with methanol and ammonia fuel engines being the most prominent, both topics accounting for over 30% of the relevant papers,respectively.Hydrogen engines and natural gas-hydrogen blend engines are also important development directions.The development of alternative fuel engines primarily focuses on combustion organization,emission treatment,and safety.Therefore,the relevant papers are summarized and analyzed from the perspectives of combustion technology routes,emission after-treatment schemes,and safety design.A brief summary of the development of diesel and natural gas engines is also included.
