某燃油型斯特林发动机燃烧不稳定机理

摘要:针对某燃油型斯特林发动机在运行过程中出现的燃烧不稳定现象,通过数值模拟与试验相结合的方法,分析故障产生的机理,并提出改进设计方法。研究结果表明压力旋转雾化燃油喷嘴内部积炭是导致斯特林发动机燃烧不稳定现象的直接原因。喷嘴内部积炭会导致燃油雾化空心锥失效,喷嘴出口平均速度下降,雾化效果恶化,从而导致燃烧不稳定现象发生,随着内部积炭的吹除,喷嘴雾化效果可恢复。降低油嘴内部燃油温度是解决油嘴内部积炭最为直接的方法,通过采用油头隔热罩以及更改油头内部旋流体结构的措施,显著减少了油头内部积炭,燃烧稳定性显著提升。

Mechanism of Unstable Combustion in a Fuel-Type Stirling Engine

Abstract:To address the unstable combustion phenomenon that occurs during the operation of a certain fuel-type Stirling engine,by combining numerical simulation and experiments,the mechanism of the fault is analyzed,and an improved design method is proposed.The research results showed that the carbon deposits inside the pressure-rotating atomizing fuel nozzle were the direct cause of the unstable combustion phenomenon in the Stirling engine. The carbon deposits in the internal vortex chamber of the nozzle would cause the failure of the fuel atomization hollow cone,resulting in a decrease in the average velocity at the nozzle outlet,deterioration of the atomization effect,and thus the occurrence of the unstable combustion phenomenon.With the removal of the internal carbon deposits,the nozzle atomization effect can be restored.Reducing the fuel temperature inside the nozzle is the most direct method to solve the internal carbon deposits.This paper significantly reduces the internal carbon deposits using an oil head insulation cover and changing the internal vortex structure of the oil head, and the combustion stability is significantly improved.
