船舶碳捕集系统少水吸收剂CO2捕集性能

摘要:针对现有船舶碳捕集系统能耗高的问题,开发一种高性能少水吸收剂配方,并系统考察在不同操作条件(如吸收温度、入口二氧化碳体积分数)以及烟气杂质(二氧化硫、一氧化氮)下对二氧化碳吸收性能的影响。实验结果表明:吸收温度对性能的影响主要体现在高二氧化碳负荷阶段,而在低体积分数区域,少水吸收剂因物理吸收作用表现出优异性能;入口二氧化碳体积分数与吸收速率呈正相关,但会导致吸收剂有效组分消耗加快;二氧化硫与二氧化碳的竞争反应显著降低二氧化碳吸收量(具体降低幅度视体积分数而定);一氧化氮因难溶于水且不与吸收剂有效组分反应,对捕集系统性能影响甚微。该研究成果可为少水吸收剂在船舶碳捕集系统中的工程应用提供关键理论依据。

CO2 Capture Performance of Water-Lean Absorbent in Onboard Carbon Capture System

Abstract:In response to the high energy consumption of existing onboard carbon capture (OCC)systems,a high-performance water-lean solvents(WLSs)was developed and the influence laws of different operating conditions(such as absorption temperature,inlet CO2 volume fraction)and flue gas impurities(SO2,NO)on its carbon dioxide absorption performance was systematically investigated. The experimental results show that the influence of absorption temperature on performance is mainly reflected in the high CO2 loading,while in the low volume fraction area,the WLS shows excellent performance due to physical absorption;the inlet CO2 volume fraction is positively correlated with the absorption rate, but it will accelerate the consumption of the effective components of the absorbent;SO2 competes with CO2 for reaction,significantly reducing the CO2 absorption amount(the specific reduction degree depends on the volume fraction);NO is difficult to dissolve in water and does not react with the effective components of the absorbent, so it has little impact on the performance of the capture system. This study provides a key theoretical basis for the engineering application of water-lean solvents in onboard carbon capture systems.
