基于Smith预估模糊PID的废汽总管压力控制

摘要:针对热工过程中蒸汽压力控制非线性、滞后性等特点,依托模糊控制理论,采用基于Smith预估补偿的模糊比例、积分、微分(proportional-integral-derivative,PID)控制方法对蒸汽动力系统废汽总管压力进行控制。根据工况自适应更新KpKiKd等参数值,使废汽总管压力更快稳定于设计值附近,且超调量降低。控制器结合模糊控制与PID控制的优势,并通过Smith预估补偿器对模型误差和时滞效应进行抑制,使控制系统具备较好的鲁棒性,满足总排汽量变化时对PID控制器参数的不同要求。

Pressure Control of Waste Steam Main Pipe Based on Smith Predictive Fuzzy PID Control

Abstract:For the nonlinear and hysteresis characteristics of the steam pressure control in thermal processes,a fuzzy PID control method based on Smith prediction-compensation method was adopted to control the pressure of the exhaust steam main pipe in the steam power system.The parameter values of KpKiKd,etc.were adaptively updated according to the working conditions,so that the exhaust steam main pipe pressure could be stabilized near the design value faster and the overshoot was reduced.The controller combines the advantages of fuzzy control and PID control,and suppresses model errors and time delay effects by Smith predictor,which makes the control system more robust and can meet the different requirements for PID controller parameters when the total exhaust volume changes.
