摘要:以高速单缸机为研究对象,开展气阀升程、气阀间隙配气机构运动学参数在线测试技术研究和试验验证,获取不同转速、不同负荷下基于曲轴转角的气阀升程和气阀间隙测量数据。在此基础上开展气阀运动规律的研究与解析工作,并对进/排气侧的气阀运动规律进行对比分析。结果显示:排气侧气阀间隙受阀杆形变影响较大,在实机状态下阀杆受热变形导致排气阀间隙变小,且在相同转速下负荷增加会加剧该现象。进气侧气阀间隙受缸盖热形变影响较大,在实机状态下缸盖受热形变造成进气阀间隙增大,且相同转速下增加负荷同样会加剧该现象。 |

Motion Rule Measurement and Analysis of High-Speed Diesel Engine Valve Under Operation State |

Abstract:Taking the high-speed single-cylinder engine as the research object,the on-line test technology research and experimental verification of valve train kinematic parameters of the valve lift and valve clearance were carried out,and the valve lift and valve clearance measurement data based on the crankshaft angle at different speeds and different loads were obtained.On this basis,the research and analysis of the motion law of the valve were carried out,and the motion law of the valve on the inlet / exhaust side was compared and analyzed.The results showed that the valve clearance of the exhaust side is greatly affected by the deformation of the valve stem.Under operation state,the thermal deformation of the valve stem lead to the decrease of the exhaust valve clearance,and the increase of the load at the same speed would aggravate this phenomenon.The intake valve clearance was greatly affected by the thermal deformation of the cylinder head.Under operation state,the thermal deformation of the cylinder head caused the increase of intake valve clearance,and increasing the load at the same speed would also aggravate this phenomenon. |
