摘要:采用数值模拟方法分析子午线曲率对压气机气动性能的影响,提出子午线曲率的设计准则。建立大流量、高压比离心压气机的数值计算模型,在典型工况下对数值计算得到的压气机气动性能进行验证;通过调整内、外子午线控制点改变叶轮子午面,分析子午线曲率对离心压气机性能的影响。结果表明,适度改变子午线曲率可以提升压气机叶轮效率,压气机整机压比也略有提升。 |

Numerical Study on Effects of Meridian on the Performance of Low-Speed Diesel Engine Turbocharger Compressor |

Abstract:A numerical method was employed to analyze the influence of meridional curvature on the aerodynamic performance of the compressor,and the design criteria for meridional curvature was proposed.A numerical model of a high-flow rate,high-pressure ratio centrifugal compressor was established.The aerodynamic performance obtained from numerical simulations was validated under typical operating conditions.The meridional curvature of the impeller was changed by adjusting the inner and outer meridional control points,and the influence of meridional curvature on the centrifugal compressor performance was analyzed.The results indicate that moderate changes in meridional curvature can enhance the impeller efficiency and slightly improve the overall pressure ratio of the compressor. |
