| 摘要:基于采用声压法的声功率测定标准ISO 3744,并结合典型机组测试及试验室声学环境,提出内燃机车柴油发电机组的工程化测试方法。该方法主要包括声压包络面选取、测点布置及声功率计算公式推导。为评估试验室混响的影响,对比不同吸声方案的环境修正系数及对应标准差,发现测试精度取决于总吸声量,并建立内燃机车柴油发电机组试验室声学环境的评估指标。该机组测试标准差小于3 dB,95%置信度对应的扩展不确定度为6 dB,且测试一致性良好,满足内燃机车司机室降噪设计要求。该方法无须造价昂贵的消声室与混响室,简单实用,尤其适用于声学环境较差的现场测试。 |

| Engineering Practical Test Method of Sound Power of Diesel Generator Set for Diesel Locomotive |

| Abstract:Based on the sound power measurement standard ISO 3744 using the sound pressure method,the engineering practical test method of diesel generator set for diesel locomotive was proposed,combined with typical set test and acoustic environment of laboratory.The key points were the selection of sound pressure envelope,measurement point arrangement,and the formula derivation of sound power calculation.To evaluate the influence of laboratory reverberation,the environmental correction coefficients and corresponding standard deviations of different sound absorption schemes were compared,and it was concluded that test accuracy depended on total absorption area,and the acoustic environment evaluation index of the diesel generator set laboratory for diesel locomotive was established.The test standard deviation of the set was less than 3 dB,95% confidence level corresponding to 6 dB expansion uncertainty,and test consistency was excellent,achieving design requirements of cab noise reduction for diesel locomotive.This method does not need expensive anechoic room or reverberation room,which is simple and practical,and is especially suitable for the field test with poor acoustic environment. |
