用于涡轮增压器的新型叶片扩压器的设计与开发

摘要:设计具有创新性的抛物线型叶片扩压器,并开展数值模拟分析、增压器台架性能试验及增压器与柴油机的匹配试验,以验证该型扩压器的可行性。结果表明:抛物线型叶片扩压器的叶型设计和调整更为灵活。压气机的增压压比为3.56,其扩压能力更高。通过对叶片扩压器进行优化,涡轮增压器的压气机效率达到84%,其性能得到大幅提升。

Design and Development of New Blade Diffuser on Turbocharger

Abstract:An innovative parabolic vaned diffuser was designed,and the feasibility of this type of diffuser was verified through numerical simulation analysis,turbocharger bench performance test and matching test between turbocharger and diesel engine.The results show that the design and adjustment of the blade type of parabolic blade diffuser is more flexible.The turbocharger ratio of the compressor is 3.56,and its expansion capacity is higher.Through the optimization of the blade diffuser,the compressor efficiency of turbocharger has reached 84%,and its performance has been greatly improved.
