| 摘要:基于混合胺吸收液对CO2的吸收与解吸过程,设计吸收解吸气液交互喷淋塔装置,选定性能最佳的吸收和解吸气液流量比例。经实验得出:在10% CO2、5 m3/h气体通入条件下,液体流量为20 L/h时单次吸收效率最高;在3.5 kg/h、101 ℃水蒸气通入条件下,液体流量为40 L/h时单次解吸效果最好。基于选定的气液比,保持吸收液总胺量不变,加入2-氨基-2-甲基-1-丙醇(2-amino-2-methyl-1-propanol,AMP)进行二元配方实验,结果表明当单乙醇胺(monoethanolamine,MEA)与AMP比例为3∶2时单次吸收与解吸性能最好。保持MEA量不变,胺总量不变,再加入哌嗪(piperazine,PZ)进行三元混合配方进行研究,结果表明当MEA∶AMP∶PZ为3.0∶0.5∶1.5时,单次吸收性能和解吸性能均为最佳。 |

| Gas-Liquid Ratio and Formula of CO2 Mixed Amine Absorption Liquid Based on Spray Tower |

| Abstract:An absorption-desorption gas-liquid interactive spray tower device was designed based on the CO2 absorption and desorption by mixed amine absorption liquid.The optimal absorption and desorption gas-liquid flow ratios were identified.The experiment results indicate that:under the condition of 10% CO2 and 5 m3/h gas flow,the single-stage absorption efficiency is the highest when the liquid flow rate is 20 L/h;under the condition of 3.5 kg/h and 101 ℃ steam input,the single-stage desorption effect is the best when the liquid flow rate is 40 L/h. Based on the selected gas-liquid ratio,while keeping the total amine content of the absorption liquid unchanged,AMP(2-Amino-2-methyl-1-propanol) was added for the binary formulation experiment.The results show that the single absorption and desorption performance is the best when the ratio of monoethanolamine(MEA)to AMP is 3∶2.With the MEA content and the total amine content constant,Piperazine(PZ)was added to study the ternary mixed formulation.The results demonstrate that when the ratio of MEA∶AMP∶PZ is 3.0∶0.5∶1.5,both the single-stage absorption and desorption performances are optimal. |
