摘要:以某型以天然气为燃料的集装箱船为研究对象,利用FLUENT软件对该船在天然气泄放时蒸气云的扩散规律进行数值模拟分析。分析表明:天然气爆炸区域随风速的增加逐渐靠近集装箱上方,但其在下风向扩散范围越小;在确保设计合理的情况下,可以通过适当调整透气桅高度或降低前排集装箱堆放高度的方式降低天然气泄放对货物区域的潜在影响。 |

Numerical Simulation of Natural Gas Vapor Cloud Diffusion Based on FLUENT |

Abstract:Taking a certain type of container ship fueled by LNG as the research object,FLUENT software was used to numerically simulate and analyze the diffusion law of steam cloud during natural gas release on the ship.Analysis shows that:the concentration area of natural gas explosion is closer to the top of the container with the increase of wind speed,but its diffusion range in the downwind direction is smaller;under the premise of ensuring reasonable design,the potential impact of natural gas release on the cargo area can be reduced by appropriately adjusting the height of the ventilation mast or lowering the stacking height of the front row containers. |
