摘要:基于试验台架对一台进气道喷射天然气发动机进行性能试验,旨在找出发动机不同参数设置对性能的影响并确定最终配置。试验分别进行点火提前角对比、空燃压差对比、喷射时刻及点火能量对比等,结果表明:点火提前角滞后会使发动机稳定性变差,过于靠前将影响燃烧稳定性,增加爆燃趋势;空燃压差对发动机整体性能影响较小,过小的压差将显著增加喷射持续期;喷射时刻在一定范围内对发动机整体性能影响有限,超过该范围则影响加剧,当点火能量较小(150 μs)时才显著影响缸内燃烧及发动机性能。 |

Performance Tests on a Gas Engine with Constant Pressure Differential Injection in Inlet |

Abstract:Performance tests on a natural gas engine with inlet injection were conducted based on a test bench,aiming to identify the influence of different engine parameters on the performance of the engine and determine the final configuration of the engine.The tests were carried out for ignition advance angle comparison,air-fuel pressure difference comparison,injection timing and ignition energy comparison.The results indicate that:The engine stability is poor when the ignition advance angle is delayed;If it is too advanced,it will affect combustion stability and increase the tendency of detonation;The air-fuel pressure difference has a relatively small impact on the overall performance of the engine,and a pressure difference that is too small will significantly increase the injection duration;The injection timing has a limited impact on the overall performance of the engine within a certain range,but if it exceeds this range,the impact is significant;When the ignition energy is low(150 μs),it significantly affects in-cylinder combustion and engine performance. |
