基于PEMS的船舶柴油机排放特性

摘要:利用便携式排放测试系统(portable emission measurement system,PEMS)对一艘小型集装箱船舶开展在实际航行工况下的排放试验,研究该船舶主机不同工况下的排放因子、NOx和颗粒物瞬态排放特性和颗粒物粒径分布。结果表明:CO、THC(总碳氢)、NOx、PN(颗粒物个数)在离港和进港工况下基于燃油的排放因子均高于巡航工况;各排放物在离港工况下基于距离的排放因子均高于其他工况;在巡航工况下NOx瞬时排放率显著高于离港和进港工况;离港和进港工况下的核态颗粒数显著高于巡航工况,分别占各工况总颗粒数的68.94%和81.56%;巡航工况下的聚集态颗粒数显著高于离港和进港工况,占巡航工况总颗粒数的74.43%;试验全程核态颗粒占总排放颗粒数的61.89%。

Emission Characteristics of Marine Diesel Engine Based on PEMS

Abstract:Emission test of a small container ship was conducted based on the portable emission measurement system(PEMS)to study the emission factor,transient emission characteristics and size distribution of particles.The results show that:emission factor of CO,total hydrocarbons(THC),NOx and particle number(PN)based on fuel is higher on port departure and arrival modes than on cruise mode;emission factor of all emissions based on distance is higher on port departure mode than on other modes;instantaneous emission rate of NOx is higher on cruise mode than on port departure and arrival modes;number of nucleation mode particle is higher on port departure and arrival mode than on cruise mode,accounting for 68.94% and 81.56% of the total particle number on each mode,respectively;the number of accumulation mode particle is higher on cruise mode than on port departure and arrival modes,accounting for 74.43% of the total particle number on cruise mode;through the whole test process,nucleation mode particle accounts for 61.89% of the total particle number.
