摘要:介绍某型应用于陆用发电机组柴油机曲轴向中间联轴节供油的设计方案,基于该方案从曲轴开孔定位方式、供油系统进油流向、回油流向等方面提出曲轴供油系统的设计要点,并对曲轴油孔应力集中进行有限元计算。经分析验证,该供油方案具有一定的可靠性。与中间轴供油系统相比,曲轴供油系统在生产周期、制造成本和技术指标等方面具有一定的优势。 |

Design of Lubricating Oil Supply from Diesel Engine Crankshaft to Intermediate Coupling |

Abstract:The design scheme for supplying lubricating oil from the crankshaft to the intermediate coupling of a certain type of diesel engine used in land gensets is introduced.Based on the design scheme,the design key points of the crankshaft fuel supply system were proposed from the aspects of the crankshaft holes size and positioning,the inlet and outlet oil flow directions of the fuel supply system,etc.Finite element analysis was conducted on the stress concentration in the crankshaft oil hole to verify the reliability of the lubricating oil supply scheme.Compared with the intermediate shaft oil supply system,the crankshaft oil supply system has certain advantages in production cycle,manufacturing cost,and technical requirements. |
