摘要:以核电水压试验泵用柴油机电子调速器为研究对象,将电子调速器接入由仿真控制器和直流伺服电机系统组成的控制回路,构建柴油机调速器仿真测试平台。仿真平台对柴油机转速调整以及负载突变过程的转速响应特性进行动态仿真,并对该型电子调速器的关键参数进行检测,结果表明仿真效果较为理想,接近柴油机调速器的稳态和动态特性,对于调速器的动态分析和故障检测具有参考价值。 |

Hardware in the Loop Simulation Testing of Electronic Speed Governor for Diesel Engine Used in Nuclear Power Hydrostatic Test Pumps |

Abstract:Taking the electronic speed governor of diesel engine used in a nuclear power water pressure test pump as the research object,the electronic speed governor was connected to a control circuit composed of a simulation controller and a DC servo motor system,and a simulation testing platform for diesel engine speed governor was constructed.Dynamic simulation was carried out on the diesel engine speed governing,and the speed response characteristics of load sudden changes.The key parameters of this type of electronic speed governor were detected.The results show that the simulation effect is relatively good,close to the steady and dynamic characteristics of the diesel engine speed governor,and has reference value for dynamic analysis and fault detection of the governor. |
