声流式消声器声学性能研究

摘要:针对高频失效引起的片式消声器高频声学性能下降问题,基于声学有限元仿真软件,建立片式消声器和不同结构的声流式消声器传递损失计算模型。对比分析平直型消声片和流线型消声片的声学性能,并进一步研究流线型消声片的弯曲半径、厚度、间距、长度等因素对声流式消声器声学性能的影响。结果表明,流线型消声片可有效提高声流式消声器的高频传递损失。

Acoustic Performance of Acoustic Flow Silencer

Abstract:In order to solve the problem of the degradation of the high-frequency acoustic performance of the splitter silencer caused by high-frequency failure,based on the acoustic finite element simulation software,the transmission loss calculation model of the splitter silencer and the acoustic flow silencer with different structures was established.The acoustic performance of the straight silencer and the streamlined silencer was compared and analyzed,and the influence of the bending radius,thickness,spacing and length of the streamlined silencer on the acoustic performance of the sonic silencer was further studied.The results show that the streamlined silencer can effectively improve the high-frequency transmission loss of the acoustic flow silencer.
