空气润滑技术在大型集装箱船上的应用及效果分析

摘要:为减小船舶航行阻力,实现船舶节能减排,以某大型集装箱船为例,介绍空气润滑系统的总体布置与设计方案,包括压缩空气系统、通风系统、控制显示系统等。针对在设计过程中出现的压缩空气舷旁管容易被腐蚀的问题,制定相应的解决方案。指出在新造船项目中,从设计角度出发,可以优先推荐湿式阀和铜镍管结合的方案。对空气润滑系统的实船应用结果进行分析,在压载状态采用空气润滑系统可以节能约3%,证明了该系统节能减排的有效性。

Application of Air Lubrication Technology on Large Container Vessels and Effect Analysis

Abstract:In order to reduce ship navigation resistance and achieve energy conservation and emission reduction,taking large container ship as an example,the overall layout and design scheme of the air lubrication system are introduced,including compressed air system,ventilation system,control display system,etc.A corresponding solution has been developed to address the issue of corrosion of shipside compressed air pipe during the design process. From a design perspective,it is recommended to prioritize the combination of wet valves and copper nickel pipes in new shipbuilding projects.The analysis of the actual ship application results of the air lubrication system showed that using the air lubrication system in ballast state can save about 3% of energy,proving the effectiveness of the system in energy conservation and emission reduction.
