摘要:以某控制1套轴桨及2套吊舱设备的船舶推进操控系统为研究对象,建立不同控制位置的控制面板可靠性框图,对推进操控系统可靠性进行分析。经分析得出:在最低限度有效的情况下,平均故障间隔时间为16 360 h;在全控制位置有效的情况下,平均故障间隔时间为11 140 h。通用控制面板、HMI设备、迷你手轮等的可靠度对系统可靠性的影响最大。 |

Abstract:Taking the propulsion control system of a ship as the research object which controls one set of shaft propeller and two sets of pod equipment,reliability block diagrams of control panels with different control positions were established.The reliability of the propulsion control system was analyzed.The analysis shows that:Under the minimum effective condition,the average time between failures is 16 360 h;When the full control position is effective,the average time between failures is 11 140 h.The reliability of general control panels,HMI devices,mini handwheels,etc.,has the greatest impact on system reliability. |
