摘要:针对内河船舶动力系统匹配设计粗糙,且河道工况复杂,对动力系统的功率需求多变等情况,提出一种并联式混合动力系统匹配设计方法。根据任务剖面分析、混动模式功率划分、动力系统指标分解、关键设备选型等环节实现系统设计。在航行试验阶段验证各模式的航速性能,全模式螺旋桨转速误差在5%以内,全模式航速误差在3%以内,可以满足实际的工程使用需求。 |

Abstract:A parallel hybrid power system matching design method was proposed to address the rough matching design of the power system of inland ships,complex river conditions,and variable power requirements for the power system.The system design was implemented based on task profile analysis,hybrid mode power division,power system index decomposition and key equipment selection,etc.During the navigation test phase,the speed performance of each mode was verified.The speed error of the propeller in all modes was within 5%,and the speed error in all modes was within 3%,which can meet the actual engineering requirements. |
