船用柴油机相继增压高温阀疲劳蠕变寿命

摘要:采用ABAQUS分析软件对高温燃气蝶阀进行模拟计算分析,分析阀门在不同工况下的温度场、应力场及最大当量交变应变范围,计算在模式1、模式2下关闭/开启模型的蠕变、疲劳损伤并进行叠加,对其进行疲劳寿命校核。疲劳寿命校核结果显示:当阀体、阀座和阀瓣在给定工况序列的使用条件下线性累计损伤均小于规范值时,该阀门满足要求。

Fatigue Creep Life of Sequentially Turbocharged High-Temperature Gas Valve in Marine Diesel Engine

Abstract:ABAQUS software was used to simulate and analyze the temperature field,stress field and maximum equivalent alternating strain range of high temperature gas butterfly valve under different working conditions,the creep and fatigue damage of the closed/open model in Mode 1 and Mode 2 was calculated and superimposed,and the fatigue life was checked. The results shows that when the linear cumulative damage of the valve body,valve seat and valve disc in a given sequence of operating conditions is less than the norm valve,the valve can meet the requirements.
