摘要:基于智能控制废气再循环(intelligent control by exhaust recirculation,iCER)系统,通过原理设计、设备布置及系统设计等方式,利用实船安装、调试和试验相结合的方法,分别测得主机台架试验和实船试验时的相关参数,并与未配备iCER系统的主机的参数进行对比。经试验验证,主机配备iCER系统可减少温室气体和甲烷的排放,降低燃油燃气消耗率。 |

Abstract:Based on the intelligent control by exhaust recirculation(iCER)system,through principle design,equipment layout and system design,using a combination of onboard installation,debugging,and testing methods,the relevant parameters of the main engine during bench testing and onboard testing were measured,and compared with the parameters of the main engine without the iCER system.The experimental results verified that the main engine equipped with iCER system can reduce greenhouse gas and methane emissions,and reduce fuel and gas consumption rate. |
