智能化一机双桨模式切换控制装置的研制与实船应用

摘要:为了解决双机双桨混合动力系统中一机双桨模式切换时各关联设备联锁条件多、操作步骤多等问题,研制 “一键式”智能化一机双桨模式切换控制装置。该装置具有联锁条件辅助决策、推荐工作模式、切换过程动态可视化、语音播报等功能,可简化操作流程,提高模式切换效率。经实船验证,一机双桨模式切换时间在120 s以内,满足用户需求。

Abstract:In order to solve the problems of multiple interlocking conditions and operation steps for each associated equipment during the mode switching operation of one-engine two-propeller in a two-engine two-propeller hybrid power system,a “one-button” type switching device for intelligent one-engine two-propeller mode was developed.This device has functions such as interlocking condition assistance decision-making,recommended working mode,dynamic visualization of switching process,voice broadcasting,etc.,which can simplify the operation process and improve the efficiency of mode switching.Through verification on a real ship,the switching time of one-engine two-propeller mode is within 120 s,and can meet the user''s requirements.
